Add products to your inquiry list, then submit the contact form with your quantities and destination. You can also describe a product directly in the message. Prices and commercial terms are confirmed in a quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary with the product, finish, branding and packaging. Include your expected quantity in the inquiry so we can confirm the available options.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes, you can send a sample request. Availability, sample costs, shipping fees and timing must be confirmed for the selected items before payment.
Can you put our logo on the products?
Tell us which items you want to brand and share your artwork requirements. Suitable marking methods, colors, packaging, setup charges and minimum quantities are reviewed for each project.
How do I check machine compatibility?
Send your machine brand and exact model, along with basket diameter, lug count and relevant dimensions. Portafilters with the same nominal diameter are not necessarily interchangeable. Confirm compatibility through a sample before bulk purchase.
What are the production and shipping times?
Lead times depend on product availability, customization, order size and destination. Production timing, shipping method, trade terms and any applicable import responsibilities should be confirmed in your quotation.
How do payments and orders work?
The website accepts inquiries only. An order is formed only after both parties agree to a quotation or pro forma invoice. That document should specify payment terms, product specifications, delivery terms and any applicable warranties.
What should I do if there is an issue with an order?
Contact us through the inquiry form with your order reference, affected product, quantity and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and supporting photos. Resolution is reviewed against the agreed order terms.
